  • In-Game Data and Scores: Scores, in-game statistics, and progress data collected for the purpose of maintaining global Leaderboards and measuring player performance.

  • Location Data (Limited): Information regarding the country you connect from (derived from your IP address) is collected solely for the optimization of regional leaderboards and game servers. Your precise geographic location is not collected.

3. Data Collection Method and Third-Party Processors

All data we collect is processed and stored through PlayFab (a Microsoft service), a cloud-based gaming services platform.

  • PlayFab: Provides back-end functions for the Game, such as user management, leaderboards, and data storage. This means your data is handled in accordance with PlayFab’s Privacy Policy and terms of service.

4. Why We Collect Your Data

We collect and use your data strictly for the following purposes:

  • To Provide the Game Service: To display leaderboards, save your scores, and synchronize your progress.

  • To Improve Game Performance: To optimize server performance by understanding the regions where players are connecting from.

  • Security: To detect and prevent in-game cheating and abuse.

5. Data Sharing

We only share your data in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: Your data is shared with PlayFab for leaderboards and player management (See Section 3).

  • Legal Requirements: Where required by law or necessary to respond to a valid legal process.

6. Data Retention and Security

We retain your data for as long as the Game is active and necessary to maintain the service. We use industry-standard security measures provided by PlayFab to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.

7. Children's Privacy

While our Game is intended for a general audience, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction).
